Click the button below and select "Register your family account".

Use the email address that is linked to our Streamline correspondence and create a password. 

Then select "email" as your verification method.  You will then be sent a confirmation email and be asked to set your password.  After this your registration will be complete and you will be able to log into your portal.


The customer portal currently allows members to;

  • view and update your family details

  • view your students enrolment details and skills

  • view temporary teacher replacement

  • view your family account balance

  • make payments

  • notify absences - (to notify an absence open the parent portal click into each swimmer's profile and select the appropriate day and click on the "change" button to notify them as absent.)

  • secure make up lessons

  • send Streamline a message

  • download certificates


We appreciate our Streamline whanau making use of the customer portal, especially to notify absences.  This will support our administration team in keeping your account updated and reduce the number of emails, texts and phone calls we receive on a daily basis.
