HOW OUR FEES WORK

Streamline runs to a yearly schedule!

PERPETUAL BOOKINGS:

A yearly schedule means your swimmers are booked in indefinitely, and your swimmer will automatically be booked into the following term unless you tell us otherwise. We continue lessons through the school holidays, stopping only in December and January for the summer school holidays. Your child will stay in the same lesson (day and time) unless you request a change or your child goes up a level and we are unable to accommodate the change in their current time slot.

ONE OFF MEMBERSHIP FEE:

$30 per child or $50 per family

The one off Membership fee helps cover the cost of offering the great facilities that make Streamline Swim Academy lessons stress free and enjoyable for parents. It also helps cover the initial administration and assessment costs.

TERM FEES:

Group Lessons are invoiced by the term.

Term fees differ depending what day your lessons are on; this is because we close on public holidays. We do not charge for lessons on closed days, these days will be excluded from your term fees. Please refer to the above term dates to identify if your lessons fall on any closed days.

Please note that we do not offer credits or refunds. This can be reviewed in the case of a major illness or serious injury.

Private Lessons cost $25.00 - $55.00 per lesson.

You will be invoiced for a term of privates, you are NOT required to pay this amount in full however we do require privates to be paid 2 weeks in advance. Unlike regular lessons we do provide credits for private lessons providing we get at least 4 hours notice. To cancel your private lesson enrolment we require 2 week’s notice, please provide this in writing via email.

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS:

While we prefer for the terms fees to be paid at the beginning of the term we understand that this can be difficult so we ask that at lest 50% of your swimming fees are paid in the first week of term and that the remainder is paid off over the following 5 weeks. We may also consider other payment arrangements should you wish to discuss this with the admin team.

REGULAR FEEDBACK:

Children will receive formal assessment information, stickers and or certificates as they are ready to move up a level, rather than at the end of each term.

CANCELLING LESSONS

You need to provide a least 2 weeks’ notice should you wish to not continue lessons into the next term. An invoice will be sent out to remind you of your booking 3 - 4 weeks before the end of term, this is the time to let us know you wish to cease lessons.

If you wish to cancel lessons part way through the term we require 2 weeks notice. In this case, you will not be able to receive a refund, you will however receive a credit on your account redeemable for Streamline services only.
